Automatic Vertical Fire Extinguisher with Heavy Duty Bracket - 175 Cubic Feet Volume Protected
This fire extinguisher provides clean agent fire suppression and is meant to be mounted vertically with the heavy-duty bracket.
Features:
- Discharge is automatic at 175 degrees F (79 degrees C) for round-the-clock engine compartment fire protection
- Total flooding of the engine compartment in less than 10 seconds for fast smothering of the fire
- FK-5-1-12 clean extinguishing agent leaves no harmful residue to clean up
- Easy to read color coded pressure gauge on the cylinder also identifies the “charged/discharged” status
- Coverage from 25 ft3 to 1,800 ft3 in a broad array of increments provides maximum coverage at the lowest cost
- Integrated shelf bracket mounting system
- Up to 4,000 ft3 available with GA FK-5-1-12 Systems
- Rugged industrial-designed pressure gauge ensures trouble-free performance
- International system approvals (FM, USCG, CE, RINA, BV)
- FK-5-1-12 clean extinguishing agent is approved for marine use worldwide (EPA SNAP, European)
