- Uncompromising Marine Strength for Severe Offshore WatersWhen you are miles offshore targeting heavy pelagic species, your outrigger system needs to withstand immense pressure, heavy drag, and continuous wave impacts. The Gemlux Bluewater Outrigger Base Pair (SKU: OR-BA-12) is engineered specifically for offshore anglers, center console captains, and sportfishing enthusiasts who demand absolute structural integrity and smooth, effortless operation.Widely recognized as an industry benchmark in offshore hardware, the OR-BA-12
bases allow you to effortlessly deploy, adjust, and lock your outrigger poles into position—even when trolling heavy spreads in rough, choppy seas. 316 Marine-Grade Stainless Steel ExcellencePrecision-cast and polished to a mirror finish, the Gemlux OR-BA-12 Bluewater bases are constructed entirely from heavy-duty 316 Marine-Grade Stainless Steel. Unlike lower-grade metals or plastic-composite alternatives that degrade, crack, or corrode under prolonged UV and saltwater exposure, Gemlux hardware is built to endure a lifetime of harsh ocean conditions without pitting, rusting, or losing its structural brilliance.Smooth Multi-Axis DeploymentFeaturing an intuitive, heavy-duty locking mechanism, the OR-BA-12 system allows you to smoothly swing your outrigger poles outward into trolling position or pull them inward for easy docking and trailering. Its robust internal spline interface provides rock-solid holding power, preventing unwanted play or slippage when dragging heavy dredge lines and high-speed lures.Key Highlights:- Official Gemlux Part Number (SKU OR-BA-12): Guarantees authentic, factory-direct marine engineering and precise fitment with Gemlux outrigger hardware.
- Heavy-Duty 316 Stainless Steel Build: Investment-cast and high-luster polished for maximum resistance against saltwater corrosion and harsh marine environments.
- Positive-Lock Spline Interface: Ensures secure, wobble-free locking at multiple operational angles, giving you absolute stability while underway.
- Universal Deck & Hardtop Compatibility: Designed to mount seamlessly onto standard center console hardtops, radar arches, and custom pipework.
- Smooth Ergonomic Handle Operation: Effortlessly rotate and position your poles from below or above the hardtop without wrestling complex pins or stiff clamps.
- Offshore-Tested Durability: Built to support heavy carbon fiber or aluminum outrigger poles, standing up to the high-torque forces of trolling heavy teasers and dredges.
