Airmar PM111LH Pocket Mount - Low-High Chirp 2kW - No Connector [PM111C-LH]
PM111LH Pocket Mount - Low-High Chirp 2kW - No Connector
A popular choice for boat builders, pocket mount transducers is installed within a small custom pocket in your vessel’s hull or keel, flush to the surface. Though retrofit installation is possible, these transducers are most commonly used in vessels with a suitable pre-cut pocket.
Pocket-mounted transducers provide reliable and accurate sonar performance, with some impact on boat speed and fuel efficiency. As a common alternative, thru-hull transducers with a fairing block deliver comparable sonar performance and vessel impact.
Features:
- Depth & fast-response water-temperature sensor
- Fiberglass and metal stepped, planing, or displacement hull types
Advantages:
- All the benefits of a thru-hull without the need for a high-performance fairing
- Can accommodate any deadrise angle
- Can be used with all propulsion types

R509C-LM CHIRP 3KW Transducer
Unlock the true potential of your fish-finder with the superior quality and performance of an AIRMAR Chirp-ready transducer.
Features:
- Depth & fast-response water-temperature sensor
- Epoxy transducer housing with high-performance fairing
- For use on hulls up to 25° deadrise
- 82 kHz of total bandwidth from one transducer
Benefits of Thru-Hull Transducers with High-Performance Fairing:
- The best performance on vessels 25 feet and up because the transducer face is in “clean” water below the boundary layer (bubbles running down the hull)
- The fairing compensates for hull deadrise and reduces turbulence over the transducer face, which allows tracking at speeds over 30 knots (35 MPH)
- When mounted in clean water (forward of propellers and running gear), thru-hulls produce the most effective signal return since nothing on the vessel interferes with the transducer’s active surface
Specifications:
- Boat Size: 12 m (40 ft.) and above
- Hull Type: Fiberglass, wood, or metal
- Engine Type: Inboard, outboard or I/O
Low (28 kHz to 60 kHz):
- 23° to 9° port/starboard
- 11° to 5° fore-aft beamwidth
- Maximum depth 10000 ft
Medium (80 kHz to 130 kHz):
- 13° to 8° beamwidth
- Maximum depth 3000 ft.
Bottom Coverage Relative to Frequency and Depth
- Depth (50 ft.): 10 ft.
- Depth (100 ft.): 24 ft.

Airmar xSonic M135M Medium Chirp 1 kW InHull Transducer - 9-Pin [M135C-M-9N]
xSonic M135M Medium Chirp 1 kW In-Hull Transducer - 9-Pin
The M135M’s medium frequency delivers the right combination of coverage under the boat, an extended depth range, and the ability to produce clean and accurate target and structure returns in mid- to deeper water. Medium frequency also delivers excellent shallow to mid-depth performance, bottom detail, and fish-target separation. Operating at a frequency range of 85 to 135 kHz, this transducer reveals fish at medium depths up to 457 m (1500 ft) and gives ultra-clear target resolution.
Airmar’s M135M includes a plastic mounting base that is aligned with the centerline and secured inside the hull. Then it is filled with non-toxic antifreeze. The transducer is inserted into the base and adjusted for the proper deadrise offset, ensuring the beam is shooting straight down for maximum echo returns. The eco-friendly coolant is the best medium to transmit through solid fiberglass and into the surrounding water. The major benefit of an in-hull transducer is that there are no protruding features on the exterior of the hull, making it the perfect choice for trailered or lifted boats. Designed for smaller boats up to 11 m (36') with a solid fiberglass hull.
Features:
- Depth only
- 1 kW of power
- 50 kHz of total bandwidth from one transducer
- Recommended for use on planing and displacement hulls
