Marine Elegance™
*Sea/Fresh Combines Solenoid and Remote in 1 unit for easy switching during use*
The Marine Elegance is the ultimate in electric marine toilets. Offering the luxury of a full size seat in a one piece china bowl developed with a unique mounting system. It offers a super small footprint at just 8 ½” x 9 ¾”. All toilets are now supplied with a slow close toilet seat that includes stops to help prevent the seat from shifting while in use during heavy seas. With the same Vortex-Vac technology also offered in the Atlantes Freedom, it creates a vacuum in the bowl, eliminating the need for extra vacuum generation equipment. Unlike typical vacuum toilet systems, a convenient, built-in shredder with stainless steel blades transforms waste into small particles to reduce clogs. The efficient action of the pump quickly and quietly pulls waste from the bowl with the ability to push the waste an amazing 10' vertically and 100' horizontally. Performing at a noise level less than 63 decibels it won’t alert everyone in the boat or on the dock that nature is calling.
Benefits:
- Low water usage
- Small footprint for compact installation
- One piece vitreous china bowl
- Angled back for contoured fit
- Quiet operation
- Unmatched rinsing capabilities
- Low water consumption
- Built in shredder reduces clogs
- Can pump 10ft vertically, or 100ft horizontally
The Raritan Programmable Smart Toilet Control:
The Raritan Smart Toilet Control is a fully programmable flush control. The control allows users to flush the toilet with no water, a small amount of water or a fully timed flush. the timed flush feature can be adjusted on the panel without having to remove any components.
- Normal Flush - starts a timed flush, walk away and the toilet will run through a sequence of intake and discharge modes ensuring maximum bowl rinse, bowl re-fills to leave water in the bow
- Water Saver - starts a timed flush using half of the water of a normal flush. Bowl refills to leave water in the bowl.
- Water Only - adds additional water to the bowl without discharging any of the contents of the bowl. Allows the user to wet the bowl prior to use or fill the bowl to a certain level to minimize water usage.
- Empty Only - allows the user to evacuate the bowl while using no water. While the button is pressed the discharge pump will run, when released the pump stops.

Atlantes Freedom™
The Atlantes was one of the first toilets to incorporate the idea of having all components mounted within the bowl. The idea behind the Atlantes was to offer a metal handle on the side of the bowl to make the marine bathroom less intimidating for those not used to being on a boat. We offer the metal handle with many options but most people understand they simply need to push it to have the toilet flush. The head area of any boat can be very daunting for those not familiar with how the toilets work. By offering a handle on the side of the bowl your guests will feel more at ease. The other, and probably equally important, feature of the original Atlantes was to appeal to the women on the boat. The Atlantes is far more aesthetically appealing than tons of nooks and crannies which ultimately means the toilet looks much cleaner. Users in any bathroom can appreciate the smooth minimal lines to make cleaning a quick and easy chore.
Today the Atlantes now incorporates the same Vortex-Vac technology as the Marine Elegance but in a bowl that offers a more substantial footprint as well as the just like home handle option. The advantage of the Vortex-Vac technology is that the waste is efficiently moved from the bowl by a vacuum action created by the pump rather than depending on remote vacuum generation. While a vacuum toilet may use slightly less water, the advantage of Vortex-Vac is that one does not need to depend on the vacuum generator pump that tends to run for about 45 seconds to generate the vacuum. The timed flush cycle brings water in then runs a discharge then water again and discharge for the least amount of water usage and effectiveness of moving waste out of the toilet.
Standard Features:

Raritan Sea Era Electric Toilet - Household Style - Integral Pump - Straight 90 Discharge - 12v [160HI012]
Sea Era
The SeaEra was designed to fit in small spaces and allows users to rotate the base in 90 degree increments when the floor space is oddly shaped or was designed for a manual toilet with a pump and long base. The “original” SeaEra has an integral intake pump so all connections are at the toilet. The SeaEra with integral pump has some design features that separate it from the competition. Our design separates the intake water from the discharge water by the full length of the motor. This ensures no possibility of cross contamination. Similar competitive units have the intake and discharge only separated by a seal which means a seal failure allows waste water back into the bowl. Another feature is the full size joker valve which provides better performance and substantially reduces the probability of clogs. This original design is only available in the SeaEra which Is the macerating base with an integral intake pump. The SeaEra QC offers the option of a remote intake pump or pressurized fresh water solenoid.
Engineering has developed a new built-in discharge fitting that can accept either 1-1/2" (38mm) or 1" (25mm) discharge lines without the need for an adapter. The SeaEra's discharge pump can handle a vented loop with a maximum height of five feet (1.52m) and utilizes a full-sized joker valve to help avoid clogging.
The inlet pump can lift water from four feet (1.22m) below the toilet and can be run dry without damaging the pump. To simplify a new installation or a retrofit, water can be routed from either side of the inlet pump using interchangeable 3/4" (19mm) hose barb fittings (two straight and one 90 Degrees), which are included.
Features:
- Integral pump
- Straight and 90º discharge
- Household style bowl

1700 Series Water Heater
120v
20 Gallon
W/O Engine Heat Exchanger
The "1700 Series" water heater provides hot water for galley and shower. Dense foam insulation provides better and longer heat retention than traditional fiberglass. The tank itself is protected by a 75 PSI T& P (temperature and pressure) relief valve. The cylindrical design of the tank enables it to withstand more pressure than a cube shaped tank.
Heat exchanger models can be connected to the engine cooling system. This provides the added convenience of hot water when underway or generator power is not available. The innovative heat exchanger is over seven feet in length and is evenly coiled throughout the interior of the tank, providing hot water rapidly and efficiently.
Raritan's water heaters use an ignition protected thermostat. Although it is factory set to 120°F, it is adjustable from 110° to 160°F and has a safety shut down limit of 190°F. All models and sizes have the plumbing connections on the same side to simplify installation. Hot and cold water connections are 3/4" male NPT (National Pipe Thread). Heat exchanger connections are 3/4" female NPT.
Benefits:
- Simple installation - retrofits to most on-board pressure systems
- Proven long-life design
- Withstands the rigors of the marine environment
- Glass-lined steel tank is more durable than stainless steel
- Attractive polymer jacket resists corrosion from dampness
- Ignition-protected, adjustable thermostat
- Round tanks are designed to withstand more pressure than square tanks
- Glass-lined steel tank for long life and high efficiency
- Environmentally friendly CFC-free foam insulation
- Replaceable magnesium anode to protect tank and neutralize acids in the water
- The tank is covered by a five-year Limited Warranty
- Each unit is assembled by hand, individually tested and backed by Raritan's two-year Limited Warranty and legendary technical support team
