The Extreme Vibration Mounting Kit is available to protect NEWMAR power converters from the extreme stresses of shock and vibration when mounted on high-vibration vehicles. The kit replaces the standard vibration kit provided with the unit and fits into the unit’s mounting flange to act as a ‘super shock absorber’ for electronics in high vibration applications. It is available to fit all NEWMAR units from 2 to 70 lbs. Specify KIT L for units that weigh 2–15 lbs. and Kit H for units that weigh 16–7 lbs.

The Buck-Boost DC-DC Converter is a DC-DC converter that charges a 12/24V service battery in vehicles with an intelligent dynamo. Since these dynamos (powered by the onboard electronics of Euro 5 and 6 engines) do not always emit the correct charging current when the engine is running, a DC-DC converter is essential for charging the service battery properly.
