ChargeMaster Plus - 24V - 110 Amp - 2 Bank
All-in-one solution for faster and safer charging
ChargeMaster Plus is the next generation of battery chargers that integrates multiple functions into one single device. Replacing auxiliary chargers, battery isolators, and VSR, ChargeMaster Plus reduces system complexity and cost. Designed for versatility, it charges virtually any combination of two batteries in a fast and safe way and works anywhere in the world.
With the Battery’s Best Friend architecture, ChargeMaster Plus is capable of charging a multitude of battery chemistries, sizes, and voltages. All batteries are charged with the fast and safe 3-step+ charge method. Other unique features are:
- Revival mode: automatically revives even fully depleted batteries.
- Multi-voltage: charge 12 V starter battery in a 24 V system, without additional components.
- Priority Charge: redirect available power to the lowest battery, for faster charging
Global Charging
The ChargeMaster Plus handles worldwide AC voltages and frequencies. Resisting large voltage fluctuations and high temperatures, it keeps working in harsh environments. For marine and mobile markets, the ChargeMaster Plus is CE, ABYC, UL, SAE, CEC/DOE, and RCM/C-Tick compliant.
System Simplicity
Nowadays, equipment must be self-explaining. The ChargeMaster Plus displays the charge phase of all outputs in an understandable way. Robust and ergonomic connections save installation time.
Powerful Communications thanks to CZone integration
In modern applications, all electrical components work together. The CAN-based MasterBus enables the ChargeMaster Plus to communicate with displays, shunts, and power systems including communication standards like CZone®, NMEA 2000, and CANopen (through additional interfaces).
Models with the addition CZone do not only support MasterBus but also support CZone and NMEA 2000 communication, without the need for additional interfaces. This ChargeMasters Plus series can be configured via MasterBus or will accept a CZone configuration file just like any other CZone device. Other communication standards like Modbus, CANopen, LinBus, etc. are supported via additional interfaces.
This wide range of communication interfaces makes the ChargeMaster Plus ideally suited for system integration. In addition, the ChargeMaster Plus can operate as a power supply for delicate communication equipment, or during the construction phase of a boat.

Yamaha 150-200 Zero Torque Feedback Tiller
The four stroke outboard engines are generating high torque loads which can make tiller steered boats difficult to steer. The Uflex® ZTF Tiller systems eliminate propeller torque at the tiller handle when the driver is not actively changing direction.
Using a hydraulic valve, the propeller torque is locked from reaching the tiller handle unless the driver pushes or pulls on the end of the handle, at which point the valve opens and allows for active steering movements.
Now you can drive your tiller steered boat in comfort, saving your energy for reeling in fish rather than effort to just get to your favorite fishing spot.
NaviTech™ Power Steer Assembly
Now you can get the same technology used to drive the most powerful and best handling cars for your boat.
Taking the latest technology from the automotive industry, Ultraflex has combined Electronic Power Steering (EPS) used in the most popular cars in the world with the latest mechanical steering helms and Mach 90 high efficiency steering cable to deliver unprecedented performance.
Perfectly silent, the system draws minimal power and furtheremore is very easy to install.
The NaviTechTM also has Integrated System Monitoring (ISM) which detects certain operating conditions including the number of cycles and notifies the end user with a vibration signal in the steering wheel if the cable needs to be changed. Never before has a steering system monitored it’s own operating conditions and given the driver diagnostic feedback.
For specific applications Ultraflex can use programmable software to dial in the hand wheel effort and steering output to meet specific performance objectives of boat builders.
A Complete Steering System Consists of:
- Power assisted steering helm: T91NAV - 43207S - single cable steering helm
- Tilt mechanism: X66 - 40613M - Tilt mechanism for NaviTechTM tilt mount helms. Tilt range of 48° and five locking positions

ANDERSEN 40ST Compact Below Deck Electric FS Winch Variable Speed - 12V [RA2040014100]
40ST Compact Below Deck Electric Full Stainless Winch Variable Speed - 12V
Andersen Compact Motor™ electric winches allow you to hoist and trim sails at the push of a button regardless of physical strength, so any crew member can easily and safely trim sails and control lines.
Ease of installation
The Andersen Compact Motor™ electric winch is available in two formats for either Above Deck or Below Deck motor placement. Motor gearbox and controller are integrated into one compact unit with no extra control box necessary. Simplified electrical installation requires just the connection of positive and negative power cables to the motor terminals and the connection of the push button using the included output cable.
Efficient, variable speed
The Andersen Compact Motor™ is a brushless DC motor carefully matched to a low profile planetary gearbox which requires less space for installation, and draws considerably less current than traditional motor/gearbox configurations. Available in 12 volt and 24 volt models, Compact Motor™ electric winches operate at variable speed in proportion to the pressure applied to the push button, for smooth and quiet operation.
Illuminated "intelligent" push button
Compact Motor™ winches are supplied with a push button with integrated LED which illuminates when power to the winch system is on. The push button incorporates a hinged safety cover to prevent inadvertent winch operation and is water resistant rated to IP67. The push button also acts with the controller to flash status codes that assist with trouble shooting in the event of overload or where other system protection intervention occurs. A cable for connection of the push button is included for convenient installation.
Built-in protection
- Integrated overload protection - The controller is pre-set to stop the winch if the maximum pull load is exceeded. Operation can resume within a few seconds when the load returns below the limit.
- Thermal overload protection - The motor is fitted with a thermal cutout that disables the motor in case of overheating; it automatically resets after the temperature returns to normal.
As with all ANDERSEN Winches™, our Compact Motor™ Electric Winch features the exclusive stainless steel Power Rib™ drum for maximum power and extended line life. This model also uses our exclusive self-tailing device that automatically accommodates a wide range of different line sizes.

Below Deck Variable Speed Compact Motor Electric Conversion Kit - 12V for 40ST Winch
The uncompromising ANDERSEN Variable-speed Compact Motor™ is especially developed for use as a winch motor. It is available in two versions; Below Deck, with smaller, built-in dimensions than a standard motor and Above Deck, featuring the winch mounted directly on the motor for deck or mast installation. This motor is highly efficient, with an impressive line speed and first-rate maximum load. The unit is extremely easy to install and demonstrates why ANDERSEN Products are in a class of their own.
The motor is built on an entirely new commutator principle using no carbon brushes, resulting in the virtual elimination of wear and tear. This new approach to motors also provides other advantages; including 30-50% less power consumption compared to a conventional electric motor.
Electric conversion kits are delivered mounted to a stainless steel winch/deck connection plate and have everything you need for do-it-yourself mounting including installation manual, switches and cable terminals.
Important Information
Mounting of an Above Deck Compact Motor™ winch on a vertical surface is not recommended, as it increases exposure to potential problems of excessive moisture and water ingress which could lead to damage not covered by warranty. The motor/gearbox unit of any Above Deck Compact Motor™ Electric Winch is more exposed to the elements than a below deck installation which keeps the motor unit and gearbox more protected. It is important to take reasonable precautions to protect the unit from unnecessary exposure, and carry out regular seasonal maintenance including the lubrication of the motor shaft seal. This is just good seamanship. On commercial and military vessels, it is common to see exposed equipment with electric motors and gearboxes fitted with covers when not in use or to protect them from heavy spray, etc. Equipment on yachts deserves the same proper care.
